Job Summary:

Truck mount & small machine mechanic. In concert with management, the mechanic will be a self-motivated individual that is deeply knowledgeable about truck mount machinery and vehicle repair. The truck mount & small machine mechanic focuses on ensuring the operations of the mechanic area is organized, clean, and efficient. In addition, the mechanic will provide exceptional customer service by offering our wide variety of services.

Operations:

• Salary $18.00 – $ 20.00 (DOE)
• Five Days/wk.
• Monday thru Friday; 8am to 5pm (Subject to change)

 Major Areas of Responsibility:

• You will inspect, test, diagnose, and repair truck mounts, small machines, customer vehicles, and company vehicles
• Customer relations, record keeping, sales, & use of MS Suites.
• You will perform diagnostic
• You will be primary mechanic
• Create work orders
• Order appropriate parts
• Ensure cleanliness of the mechanic shop
• Perform oil changes, brakes, and other repairs as needed
• Shipping parts
• Inventory
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide repair estimations
• Additional responsibilities as needed/assigned by management

Decision Making: 

Will be well versed in diagnostic processes and knows how to perform step-by-step methods to locate defects. Makes decisions to maximize efficiencies, customer experience, operating goals, and objectives.

Preferred but not a required:

• Attended training schools for Prochem, Steam Way, Dri-Eaz truck mount repair.

• Bilingual: Spanish & English so employee can articulate repair details and services to Spanish speaking customers.

Minimum job skills required to perform this job (for example: programming languages, strong interpersonal skills, computer software packages).

Janitor (Professional Cleaning Specialist)

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining room and public areas. • Monday thru Friday; Day Shift’s, Night Shift’s, & Graveyard Shift’s available now!

 Description:

• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
• Clean according to ACS cleaning expectations and standards
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and parking lot
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
• Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
• Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped
• Report any abandoned cars, graffiti, repairs, or anything out of the ordinary to the operations manager.
• Additional responsibilities as needed/assigned by management

 Preferred:

• High school diploma/GED required

 Skills:

• 2+ years janitorial experience
• Willingness to work early morning or late-night shifts
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Capacity to take direction
• Strong attention to detail

Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary
