Our growing business seeks a Janitorial Supplies Manager to increase sales in Portland, Oregon. Janitorial supplies manager keeps track of logistics and update the company’s inventory. They analyze operational performance and resolve issues. They also collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (e.g. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.

 

Janitorial Supplies Manager:

  • Wage (DOE)

Description:

  • Analyzing the supply chain data and performance
  • Maintaining inventory levels
  • Creating processes that make inventory more efficient
  • Evaluating inventory fluctuations
  • Provide reports to the vice president
  • Ensures the warehouse is organized
  • Ensure all supplies are labeled
  • Ensures all supplies have legible price tag or price signage in store front
  • Receives deliveries
  • Creates systems to unload shipments
  • Create the company’s supply chain strategy

Job Summary:

Truck mount & small machine mechanic. In concert with management, the mechanic will be a self-motivated individual that is deeply knowledgeable about truck mount machinery and vehicle repair. The truck mount & small machine mechanic focuses on ensuring the operations of the mechanic area is organized, clean, and efficient. In addition, the mechanic will provide exceptional customer service by offering our wide variety of services.

Operations:

  • Salary $18.00 – $ 20.00 (DOE)
  • Five Days/wk.
  • Monday thru Friday; 8am to 5pm (Subject to change)

 Major Areas of Responsibility:

  • You will inspect, test, diagnose, and repair truck mounts, small machines, customer vehicles, and company vehicles
  • Customer relations, record keeping, sales, & use of MS Suites.
  • You will perform diagnostic
  • You will be primary mechanic
